Founded in 1950 by master watchmaker and jeweler Bill Shearer, Clinton Jewelers has served generations of families throughout South Central Kentucky and North Central Tennessee with quality jewelry, expert craftsmanship, and deeply personal service.
Today, the legacy continues with Bill’s daughter, Donna Butler, and her husband, David—a professionally trained bench jeweler who has specialized in custom design, restoration, and stone setting since 1986.
The family tradition moved into its third generation when their son, Logan, joined the business in 2021 after graduating from the New Approach School for Jewelers. Working alongside him, Logan’s wife, Jessica, manages online sales and special events, helping carry Clinton Jewelers into the future while staying true to its hometown roots.
